Another Fishing Trip

Crappie, Bass, Bluegill...

Our family loves to fish!!

A guy that Mark works with invited him to go fishing this evening after work. A third co-worker from U.P.S. joined them and they had a very successful trip. Mark said they threw back more than they kept and then divided the ones they did keep between them.

This may gross some of you out, but my kids love to touch the eyeballs on the fish...where they get that??? Maybe they will be biologist, vets, opthamologists,... Needless to say, as soon as they came in they went straight to the bathtub!!!

I loved to fish when I was a girl and have many wonderful memories. We lived very close to the Missouri River and had lots of great spots. However, I now cannot stand to touch a fish, let alone put bait on a hook! Isn't it funny how you change?!

Sorry, but your blogs of late keep me wanting to say, "Ewwww!" Looks like everyone had a great time - if you like to fish!

Wow...brave kids. I don't think my kids would touch them to save their lives. However, I will tell you that Chris at a whole fish when we went on the Israel trip. Eyeballs and all.....I just had fish sticks instead. That's his claim to fun.

Sorry...last sentence is supposed to say"his claim to fame". Haste makes waste!

Looks like you have some fish to fry. :) Kendall had just been saying the other day that he wants to go fishing. I know he will definitely want to go when we're there in July.

Ooh! Maybe something we can get together and go fishing! We love to fish!

I remember after fishing one time, my brother got the needle-nosed pliers and squeezed the fish eyes. It's a kid-thing, I guess! :)

Jana, good to see you the other night at the concert! I got this blog from looking at Keith W's, I believe. :)

I grew up cleaning fish with my grandma and the eyeballs were the best part to touch! I don't think I grew up too warped. It'll be ok. :)
