Cinnamon Rolls--part 2

Here's the recipe girls~ enjoy!!

I used about 1/3 c. of sugar instead of just 2T. It took about 7 cups of flour rather than just 6 to get a soft dough. Also, I did not have cream cheese on hand so I just made a regular vanilla frosting (I LOVE cr. cheese frosting, but my kids are not fond of it so I'm sure they went over better w/o.)

Oh, and please do not ask how many we have left. :-) Mark had one, okay~some, when he got home from work yesterday, he had one after church last night, and left with a warmed one as part of his breakfast this morning. Yes, I will be making these again....

Did this come from Dana's Christmas gift? I was so happy she bought those for us!:) Can't wait to try it. Hope you are not feeling too uncomfortable and it won't be too much longer till the little guy makes his appearance.

Yep, that's the cookbook, I Love it!! As for feeling uncomfortable, well, I'm there!! :-) When you can't sleep at night, and then if you do you can't walk because you were in the same position for more than an hour...I'm glad the light at the end of the tunnel is getting Very bright!! :-) Less than 2 weeks to go!!!

So I made them yesterday, uh, they won't last long in our house either!! I will have to tell Rachel that Wes says they are the best cinnamon rolls he has ever had! Thanks for the inspiration :-) These are very healthy for pregnant women right??

I am DEVASTATED. We had a snow day today...even my hubby's job! I decided these would be a perfect project to sip coffee and look at the snow and ice.

I only put one package of yeast in them :( OOPS. They are "rising" now. They have been for about 1.5 hours and aren't progressing. I am tempted to start over. I had such high hopes of getting them on little plates and sharing with the neighbors (I was going to make them smaller). Maybe next time.
