After the zoo we went to Longhorn Grill to finish off a gift certificate we had purchased for half price. Can't beat that deal- free admission to the zoo and lunch on a half price gift cert. :-)
Mark was very impressed with the size of his triple cheeseburger.

Sounds like fun. I'm hoping to get a zoo pass. Blake is really into animals. And Longhorn. Mmmmm. I think that is one of our favorites. May I ask how you got a gift card for half-price?

One of the radio stations out here has weekly deals. They have 50 that they sell online at a certain time. That was the "deal of the week". $50.00 cert. for $25.00.

THAT FOOD LOOKS YUMMY! What a FUN, FAMILY DAY!! HOW NEAT! SO Glad that y'all got to do that together! It's sooo fun when the Daddy's have time to go out and just be together as a family. We try to have a family day each week. Monday's are our CRASH day, sort of like a Saturday. AND WHEN YOU HAVE HECTIC, SPOOKY SUNDAYS LiKE WE JUST DID WITH A BABY DYING, THEN GOD RAISING IT FROM THE DEAD...ETC. YOU NEED A RELAXING MONDAY! =) (see blog for details!)
